Most orders dispatch within 1 business day. Rural and remote areas may take an extra 2–3 days.
Returns
- 30 days Easy returns within 30 days of delivery
- Condition Item must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories
- Our mistake We'll cover return shipping for damaged, faulty, or incorrectly sent items
- Change of mind Return shipping is at the customer's cost for change of mind returns

Frequently Asked Questions
Why is the free shipping threshold $149?
UPS units are significantly heavier than most ecommerce products. A single mid-range UPS can weigh 8–15kg. Our $149 threshold accounts for this so we can offer genuinely free shipping without compromising on carrier quality or speed.
When will my order dispatch?
Most orders placed before 2pm AEST on a business day will dispatch the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or over the weekend typically dispatch the next business day.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Due to the size and weight of UPS units, we generally cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address at checkout. If you have questions about delivery to a specific location, contact us before ordering.
My UPS arrived damaged. What do I do?
Contact us immediately at support@upsshop.com.au with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly — we cover all return costs in this situation.
Can I return a UPS if I ordered the wrong size?
Yes, within 30 days, as long as the unit is unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is at your cost for change-of-mind returns. We recommend using our UPS Sizing Calculator or contacting us before purchasing to ensure you get the right unit.
Are all prices in AUD and do they include GST?
Yes — all prices on UPS Shop are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. There are no hidden charges. The price you see is the price you pay (plus any shipping if under the free threshold).
